Under? Im assuming you mean over? If thats the case then there are three ways.

1) Get a Platinum forum account

2) Be a member of the site for 2 years

3) Reach 5000 Posts (Black Belt)

2 and 3 take alot of time but you can do 1 and have the text today if you desired.

i just got the platinum for custom text! how do i lose the belt and get my custom going??!!
