Where to hang heavy bag?

hey,

so ive got this UFC punching bag... and no idea where to hang it. My walls dont look strong enough, especially the ceiling, so fuck that. Havnt got enough money for a free standing frame. What do you guys do? Its the 70lb bag.

the only real way to do it without screwing up you house is to buy the title boxing heavy bag brae that goes between the rafters on the ceiling it is easy to hang and lasts forever.

the only real way to do it without screwing up your house is to buy the title boxing heavy bag brace that goes between the rafters on the ceiling it is easy to hang and lasts forever.

easiest way is find the stud in your ceiling take an I bolt screw it in the beam and should hold. not too big of a hole and came be covered fairly easy

You should be able to screw it into one Joist with two 3-4" lag bolts, Just find the joist with a hammer or stud finder and screw tight. If some reason it didn't stay it would be easy to repair the two holes or any damage with a bit of joint compond and drywall tape.
