Fancy stopwatch/timer needed asap...

For those days when I do my sprints alone and dont have a partner to time my runs I need a stopwatch to do the following;

counts of

30secs followed by 90secs, repeat 3 times.
20secs followed by 60secs, repeat 3 times
10secs followed by 30secs, repeat 3 times.

You may have guessed it is the GSP sprint programme from his training DVD (and yes it is horrible... but no-one said this was gonna be easy!!) and I have been doing this with the help of a training partner and when alone using a standard stopwatch.
But it is too distracting using a regular stopwatch so I would like something which will run through the whole of this sequence from start to finish using an alarm to tell me when to set off and when to rest.

Would like to spend no more than $60 (£30) and needs to be available in england preferably.

Thanks guys, any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I think it will be difficult to find a hardware timer that will accommodate the three different intervals.

It might be easier and cheaper to make a recording from a PC software interval timer and play it back with a CD player or MP3 player.

The search function for "Interval Timer" turned threads with a few programs including:

That's what I was going to suggest... all computers come with some basic recording software, so you could go that route. Or, if you're fancy, cut some music tracks down to those intervals.

I'm wonderding the same thing actually. I thought I read somewhere that it was 90 seconds with a 30 second rest etc.

3:1 ratio instead of the Tabata 2:1

Clarification on this would be much appreciated.

its 30 seconds sprint with 90 secs rest.

90 seconds sprint would be impossible to begin with lol, Im talking flat out... 30 seconds is hard enough and too hard for most... but come one, 90 seconds sprint with 30 seconds rest and repeat that 3 times, you gotta be kidding!!
