what to look for in home folding mat for grappling

i want to buy a home mat for tumbling, exersice, and grappling....i want a 5x10 folding mat,, maybe 2 inch i think,,something with soft topping but firm base because of my shoulder problem i have. I dont want to go all the way thru it of course....

any idea of what type of foam to look for? Ive heard of crosslink polyurathane but have no idea whats actually good..

Dollamur will be your best and cheapest bet.

I have puzzle mats too and they suck.
