89kg? I dunno what supa weighs in at TBH, but I would have thought under 90kg....but that might just be because so many guys around 110kg hang out around there.
All I know is the guys upper body and shoulders are growing from the sparring and pad holding for the K-1 100+kg guys. And the guy is one of the coolest humans I have EVER met in my life. Seriously, good people. I cannot say enough about him and the boys there.
