Gi Sizing Help

Well I need a little help finding a gi, so this is what I want

-Double or Gold Weave
-All Season Gi
-For both competition and training
-150 bucks or under
-Well I am 5'11 and weight 135-145 depending if I am cutting weight
-Just white gi's please no blue, red, black,or any other color

This is my first GI (but have went to some grappling tournaments) so I am kinda new at shopping for one.
I just went to the OTM fight shop in San Diego and could not find anything, they only had a few Gi's that would fit me and Not 1 pair of grappling shorts in my size at all

The guy at OTM said you need a double weave for competition, is this true?

So any suggestions would be helpful...

Thanks

I admit I am kinda skinny, but I am still strong enough to roll around with people that are 200 pounds so I am fine with my weight
