Underhook's Customer Service is Terrible

This is just my story, but I think others should know what type of service I received. I went to the Underhook web site and ordered a long sleeve grappling shirt and their shorts. The order was placed in November 2006. I have yet to receive any product from Underhook. They will not return emails or phone calls.

They did send one mass email to all the customers stating that Mac was sick and they should have gear sent out in a couple of weeks. This was sent about a month ago.

So take the information for what it is worth. I will never order from Underhook again!

Yep... placed an order on December 2nd. Got an email March 23rd saying that they were sorry for the delay and just wanted to double check my address and size. I replied 13 minutes later and gave them my address (which had actually changed, so that was good) and never heard back from them.

Garbage...

I had the same problem. I ordered in June of 2005 and didn't recieve my gear until September. The gear is good but the customer service needs a lot of work.

why would you wait that long for??? It must be worth it

but shame on them---they seem to make some quality gear

I have no idea if it's quality or not... it was just on the list of shorts people wanted reviewed.

The unique way the shorts tie is what appealed them to me. The way Underhook had advertised I thought they would have been more professional. Besides, once they have your money it becomes a waiting game!

7 months later and still no products mailed out. Don't buy from Underhook people. You will not receive your gear.
