Glad to hear all is well. I didnt realize you lived with Thiago Silva. Did you catch his fight the other night? He gave me a scare for a second. Hes with ATT now right?

Do you know anything about Buzios? Ive read it is a pretty cool little beach town with a good nightlife. You even gone there? Think its north of Rio.

i didnt actually live with thiago silva, before i moved into the apt it was helio dipp, thaigo silva, and jean silva living there, when i moved in jean had moved to england, and thaigo had went back to sao paulo..but hes with att now...and i wish him well

buzios is a great place in rio, the state of rio, not the city.. its great to spend like christmas and holidays there, but its super expensive..if youve ever seen the real world road rules challenge, a few years back, it was in buzios..its a great place, but from what i hear really expensive...

since ive been home, its funns alot of my friends have been training one thing or another, and everyone wants me to go train, but im very loyal to my team, and i know mestre rafa is not a fan of our guys training with other guys..so ive just been training with my cousin, and some friends...i bought puzzle mats for my basement, weve been doing boxing, im teaching guys some jiu jitsu, just to have fun and get in shape again before i go to cali..when i get there i really want to start pushing myself, and getting some fights, and doing what i need to be doing

but for now im just trying to stay in shape, and relax with my family and friends
