5 days a week 2 to 3 times a day..oh but yeah your right im always partying or out..the only thing i do at my apartment is sleep, i dont work, dont go to school, so after training its ether sleep or go out..id rather go out, lol..this isnt normal for me though, when i was here last time i didn ntohing but train and party occasioanlly, now i have more friends, people to go out with, im not living alone, so its like having a much more normal life
but usually after my afternoon session ill eat lunch, and then go out with either a girl, or a couple of friends from the gym, and just relax, until 5 when i have private lessons..after that ii go home and usually call it a night

Like I said I didn't mean it as an insult it just seems that a whole lot of the posts are now geared more towards the non training stuff where in the beginning the thread was almost entirely about training.
Again I'm not knocking you just asking what the schedule is cause that 's what interests me more....but if you think I insulted you then I apoligize as that was not my intention.

I remember Cristiano Marcello from the old school days at the Rickson Gracie academy, late 90's, he was a purple belt back then. He is a cool guy with a sick guard, he used to tuck his hands in his belt and people could not pass, kind of like Rickson does to all the black belts.
There are clips of him on youtube, he used to be fairly fluent in English. But judging from the youtube clips, it seems he has forgotten how to speak it.
Have fun, and enjoy yourself! Later.

So, what's the explanation for Shogun and Ninja both gassing and fighting the least agressive they ever have?
