Dynasty this thread has made up my mind. I am going to travel to Brasil after I graduate from college in two years. Has Ninja said anything about his up coming Elite XC fight?

no, i dont really talk to him about it..when were there we usually just joke around with eachother..not much serious talk..i dont want to also make it feel like im interviewing any of these guys..but i think cristiano marcelo will be in the next gp

ok so last night i was training jiu jitsu at osmars academy, and i went for a heel hook, and i popped the guys knee..i really felt like shit about that, so im hoping hes better today

tonight is my club night..my freinds have a bunch of pics on their cams with me and girls..none of which i remember lol..so when i get them ill post em for you guys

no..not so much, i mean i dont know what they talk about as far as with rudimar and things behind closed doors, buit as far as in the gym its basically just training hard, and joking around with eachother

yeah it was awkward foz..as he was trying to pass to half guard i went for it..and it just popped....it was def not something i liked to hear..i mean im glad it wasnt anything other then a dislocation..knee injuries are no joke..i had surgery on my left knee for a torn meniscus and i need the same on my right..but i dont have the patience for healing time, and rehab, so i just deal with it

not trying to start an e-fight or n e thing but who heel hooks a training partner?...most places ive been its pretty much gym edicate not to go for heel hooks...obviously if its a match with a competitor its fair game
