Trainer's Vest

Anyone use this bad boy? Seems like it might be a better idea over the belly pad...Any pros and cons?

I've tried one on at my friends gym. It's not really a gym more like on Tuesdays and Thursdays he rents a small space from a TMA studio and has his own gear. He had a TKO one which felt alright, it's not as heavy as it lucks but requires a bit longer than the regular Belly pad to put on. To me personally it just felt unnatural, and I wouldn't buy it, but it will protect from people with no accuracy!

these are great for stand up, but a lil too bulking and restricts movement on the ground.
