CSI grappling shinguards seam splitting?

I was thinking about getting a pair of those, but I noticed that nearly everyone at my gym who got them the seam in the rear that runs up the back of the calf comes apart. Some people it took a couple months and some it happened on the 1st or 2nd practice.

Have you guys noticed the same thing? If they change the design to a single piece of neoprene with no seam I'd buy a pair right away.

We actually haven't had a problem since we fixed our original sizing issue. Since then the size issue was resolved and the seams reinforced. If you did happen to have an issue we would be happy to replace it. We actually have designed a brand new grappling shin instep which we should be revealing within the next few months.

If you have any other questions feel free to give me a call or shoot me a pm.

I have two pairs, one of the pads seam split about half an inch the first time I put it on, but it hasnt gotten any worse. Ive been using them for 6 months, The rip doestn affect the performance, however I could see it becoming problematic if it gets bigger.
