I just recently ordered some shirts from them and got them in the designated time. I haven't had a problem with them luckily, but everyone's bound to screw up a little here and there. What did they mess up on your orders?

first one i called and asked them if they had a thai bag i wanted in stock , that i was gonna order online as soon as i got of the phone with them they said no problem there are plenty instock ... so place the order and it will be fine

i get an email saying guess what? its outta stock lol so i call back and she basically calls me a liar and says there is no way anyone here would have told you that .... ok ill take that maybe they were having a bad day lol


last week i place an order online on wensday (again called b4 to check stock) ok they have everything instock, i get a call on friday saying my card wont go through and i explain to them there is no way that could have happened to run the card again, so they did and it went through, she then tells me they are sorry about the mishap and it will go out on monday, ok a little delay but im not that mad no problem she tells me i will get it on thursday(today) so i have not got an email with tracking info , so i call today and guess what?
dude tells me oops we forgot to send it out, it will go out today! im like wtf? is there anything you guys can do? he doesnt offer any 2nd day shipping nothing and im like can i cancel my order hes just like ok no problem have a nice day .... lol i wont be ordering there anymore

I haven't ordered from them recently but when I did, I had no problems. Which is nice since I just got their new catalog in the mail today and I see some stuff that I really want.

i ordered some gloves last weekend and they showed up today. no problem with the order. i will say that one order i placed last year resulted in a product that wasn't what i had really ordered but they swapped it out no problem.

I have ordered from title many times and I have never had a problem. I hope your situation was an isolated one.

must be an isolated sales person lol check this out, after i get outta work i called one more time to see how long it would take for my credit card to have the credit for my order show up, they tell me 3-5 days so im like cool no problem. I then sit down on the couch and the someome knocks on my door ....... ups man with a title box i was like wtf?

So me wanting to do the right thing i call title right back and say guess what i just got my order! and the lady i guess that runs that department is all like "no way" so i tell her not to credit my card because i got the order and that she should really check into her "salesman" i was dealing with cause u never know how many times he could have sent things out without record or without charging . She sounded all upset and told me she was gonna have a talk with him right now lol

so all in all with the right information i was supposed to get on my order none of this bs would have ever happened, But now ever order i place im gonna look at the invoice to make sure everything is charged right
