Where to start...
Ringside actually owns Combat Sports, Mat Monster, and I guess in the sense of a product line, Top Contender. Throwdown and TapouT are their own independent companies and Ringside manufactures their equipment (minus cages). Correction, Ringside has their equipment manufactured (Pakistan, China, etc). However, since Throwdown has started using CSI as its distributor, they have outsourced customer service issues to CSI as well. It's a strange, complicated relationship. Most recently Ringside has acquired the distribution rights to Everlast and Lonsdale, though Everlast is still made by Everlast, Lonsdale will be made Ringside and from what I can tell by playing with some of their new gear, some of it's the same, some of it's new.
