I'll probably get corrected on some of this, but at least some general differences:

I dunno about 'euro' and 'international', but common differenecs are in the padding of the glove (the mold system), the enclosures (laces, straps, loop straps, etc), and in how the gloves feel.

'Thai gloves are the most distinctly different. Thai gloves I believe have more of a hook in the gloves optomized to be able to thai clinch with the gloves. Thai gloves are often considered independent of boxing gloves. I can't remember if the wrist is designed differently. I think I remember reading that Thai Gloves keep your wrists more straight, but I'm not experienced enough with the gloves to tell you for sure. They also usually have more padding aorund the wrist as well.

'Mexican' gloves are based on Cleto Reyes' glove design. If I remember correctly, they're stiffer than your normal boxing glove.
