Thai heavy bag on sale at Title

Until stock is filled, you can get this bag:
http://store.titleboxing.com/title-t...c-leather.html
(normally $199.99, filled, synthetic)

for the price of this bag:
http://store.titleboxing.com/title-c...heavy-bag.html
($99.99, filled, synthetic)

because the latter is out of stock. The main difference between the two is that the first has a nice 3" foam liner (on the filled version.) You have to pay a $35 premium for shipping but it's still a great price on the lined 6' thai bag.

The price isn't advertised but if you call and request the cheaper bag, they'll tell you that it's out of stock and they're offering the upgraded bag for the same price.

I've always had great experiences working with the people at Title Boxing so I thought I'd pass this deal, along with my recommendation along to the forum.

I bought the red one. It's pretty hard, but I'm working it in at the moment.

We have the red ones at my Muay Thai academy and for $100 bucks, that's literally a steal...I love that bag...hard enough to condition and for kicking/punching something of substance, but still yields a little bit...awesome deal...I wish I could get one...

I got the filled Title bag for Xmas and it's a great bag for the money. Not too hard and not too soft.

So basically nothing?

I'd rather have the red one anyway, the liner doesn't really feel like I'm working the bag...

The bag arrived and I finally hung it a week ago. I have to say that I'm really impressed with the quality and thickness of the synthetic leather and the chain support connections. I'm confident it will last for a long, long time. The construction is very solid. Compared to the pos Everlast canvas bag that lasted all of one week, this thing is a tank. The weight seems to be evenly distributed for now. We'll see how it goes over time.

The bag is pretty firm so I'll need to work it in a bit. I also need to figure out a non-destructive way to anchor the bag to the concrete floor. Low kicks send it sailing and I just about knocked apart the half wall to the right of the bag when it swung into it.

I was a little bit surprised at just how tall the bag is, maybe it's just the low ceiling height that makes it look enormous. It's hung about two inches off the ground (enough to clear the D-ring on the bottom) and it seems like it towers over me and I'm 5'11".

I guess I got lucky on the price because of Title's stock issues.

Here's a picture of the bag:
