Tapout/Inspirit Shorts
Hey,
I am in the market for a pair of fight shorts and am trying to decide what brand I should go with. There have been lots of helpful reviews of SPRAWL and Nogi shorts lately, and I was just wondering if anyone could give a review of Tapout or Inspirit shorts.
The Tapout website (checkout the retailer sticky in this forum) in particular is really confusing, as you can choose between board shorts and long shorts, without any real difference that I could notice. Which should I go with for grappling/mma training? Are they any good?
Any info on either of these two brands would be much appreciated. Thanks!

uh? theres been on review of american no gi so... yeah hehe.
as for tapout, I have heard of cheap stitching on them, so I've never gone there.
personally, I recommend clinchgear.com, sprawl.tv, howardliu.com, or txmma.com
Inspirit is hard to review, cause not alot of people have them, bar Shooto Panama, who might review them if we beg him enough lol.
good luck

Yea, I kind of figured, but we have a lot of members here, some of whom are in Japan, so I was hoping. We'll see...

Who has expressed desperation that Sprawl will expand and export to Japan.
Just get Sprawl, man. They rock.

Tapout shorts in the ealy years weren't all that great. The ones made in the last few years are a lot better. Two of the fighters I sponsor (Charles McCarthy and Seph Smith) love them. I like the HCK the best personaly although the my own brand of shorts will have a smilular closure that the Tapouts have.
