Should I Get Youth or Adult Size CK F5 Tornadoes?

I'm 5'4", about 135 pounds. My head measures about 22 inches for circumference, which puts me at just above the recommended 18-21 1/2" inches of the Tornado Youth model. So I'm in the unfortunate no-man's land between the big end of the Youth sizing and the small end of the Adult sizing.

I know they're both adjustable, so either one will likely fit my head - my question really centers about finding earpieces (by which I mean both the foam and plastic areas) that aren't too gigantic or too small for my ears.

Does the Youth model feature smaller earpieces that are more size appropriate for my small self?
Or should I buy the Adult model?

I think my head is a normal size for my body and I worry that the Adult earpieces would not fit me as well as it would an averaged-sized or large adult. Of course, it would be a moot point if the Youth model would not fit me at all --- I would be forced to buy the Adult model.

Thanks in advance for your time - I know it's probably a silly question, seeing as how I am an adult, but sizing issues like this are quite commonplace at my size.

BTW - I'm going to use it for Jiu Jitsu, after reading many posts about the quality of these earguards. Many thanks to everyone who helped give me some direction.
