Reflections on Hayabusa Fightwear

I am not going to do a review of the product if you want to read a good one check out:
Hayabusa Fightwear review
written by a much better writer then I.

what i want to address is the customer service they offer.
I started by emailing them to ask if as a canadian I could pay in canadian funds instead of getting hit by the bank and there exchange rate.
They emailed me back within the day and we had something figured out, suffice it to say i got to pay in Canadian funds.
They mailed it out to me, I tried it on and loved it.
I had the same loose threads problem that a few other people have mentionned, it wasnt that bad and i emailed the guy and he said send it back COD and they will replace it no questions asked.
I sent the shirts back they emailed me when they arrived told me that mine was a relatively minor version of the problem and that they would send me new ones out that day.
While waiting for the new ones they sent me the tracking number from canada post.
The shirts arrived today and i love them, i wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a rashguard.
so thanks to Craig at Hayabusa for all his help.
and Adino, you can add them to your list of companies that give great service.

Robert
