Punching Bag Advice?

I have a 4ft punching it's heavy and the thing is, I have nowhere to hang it. The only thing I can do is Ground and Pound training.

So please can anyone tell me what other workouts I can do with it.

If you can also give me a link to a website that will show me what types of workouts I can do.

Thanks

you can hang it from any ceiling joist. or you can buy a heavy bag stand. There are a ton of things you can do. As for what type of workouts I would say get the Bas Rutten cd's and dvd's.

Try hanging it on a fence, It won't swing, but you can punch it. A chain link fence works well because it gives.

I live with my Mom you see, and the only place I could workout is my cellar which is only slightly higher than 6ft.
