Send the gi to:
Gameness
719 Thompson Lane, Suite 120
Nashville, TN 37204

I'm going to have to send an e-mail to customerservice@gameness.net to see where it goes. I thought I got them but I never received yours. I check my e-mail all day long and unless I accidently put it in the trash, I never saw it. I'll be sure to say something to Cory tomorrow.

Thanks,
Regina

Thanks for your prompt reply. I will send the gi tomorrow.

I used that E-mail address, since that was the one provided on the gameness website.

I imagine that I have to bear the costs of shipping?

Thanks.

I just wanted to let you know that I sent the gi. It should be there in 2-3 days.

Please let me know, at president.nwga@gmail.com, when you receive the gi.

Thanks a lot.

Just wanted to give kudos to Regina from Gameness on here. She went out of her way to take care of me with a platinum gi that I ordered and did not fit. As much as I wanted to fit into a Gameness, I'm in between their A2 and A3 sizes (my ass and legs are too big for the A2.. and the A3 pants are too big to shrink down) . Their customer service is solid. I would not hesitate to recommend Gameness to anyone.

Mistafighta,
We got the gi on Friday afternoon and as soon as I looked at it I knew exactly what happened to it and then I read your letter and I was right.

As we advertise, our gi's are pre-shrunk and are mercinized. To be quite honest, I have no idea exactly how they mercinize material but it guarantees the color to stay that color. Some people buy our gi's and soak them in vinegar which is fine but not necessary. However, you washed the gi with salt. NEVER wash a Gameness gi in salt. We have only had 3 gi's come back because the cotton started breaking down and all 3 were washed or soaked with salt. Somehow whatever they use to color stay our gi's reacts bad with salt and breaks down the cotton.

As far as the blue bleeding onto the patch, I couldn't find any blue on any of the patches. You said you used some bleach on the patch and perhaps that got the blue out but we have not had any problems with that before so maybe when the cotton balled up it got stuck on the patch and did something to it.

So --- for anyone else out there please DO NOT USE SALT to wash Gameness gi's.

Anyway, we will send you another gi tomorrow and I'm sure everything will be fine with this one.

Regina

Thanks Regina, I appreciate your service.

You should let everyone know about the salt problem- it is almost standard in the gi industry to use salt in the wash.

Thanks again!

Mine has never shrunk. I'd recommend them to anyone. Great gi. I'm pleased to see that the customer service -- which I have never had to test -- was great as well. Mistafighta, I hope the new gi is as good as mine has been.

unless this new 'better than pearl' model is the shizzle, Gameness definetely gets my next gi money.
