First off...Pho is disgusting...Mi is the way to go, my friend...or com thit nuong.......and heh...dunno what your weight is, but that's me after a 10 lb weight loss (I'm at about 190 now)...
The Kaman seminar was great...I've had 2 seminars from legends now (Dekkers and Kaman...and I'm about to go to a Jongsanon Fairtex one in 2 weeks)...and by FAR the Kaman was was superior to the Dekkers one (for one, he speaks English)...

145lb Wanna Be Chuck Liddell, lets hear it for knockouts. (actually took this last night in my messy/yes/my/mirror/needs/to/be/cleaned/bathroom)
Took quite a nice ass wooping right before this picture, as you can see! I don't know man, I thought I could tear up the amateur circuit. I don't know if its just my area, but guys around here are so good. Fought some 37 year old man who been fighting most of his life, believe hes got several championships in Karate and Tae Kwon Doe. Needless to say, it was a nice reality check __________________
