ALS GYM + SAUNA SUIT's

Firstly id just like to say tha Als Gym is a great place for well priced good quality equipment in the UK, ive purchaced Thai Sparring gloves, Rash Guards, Unda Shorts, Vale Tudo shorts, Thai Cream, Hand Wraps and Thai Anklets from them in numerous orders over the last couple years and i can personaly say that all the stuff they have ever sent me is good quality and has lasted ages, pluss delivery is included in price and has always been prompt. so thanks guys keep up the good work!

anyway onto my question

I just placed an order for their the Pro sauna suit yesterday.

http://www.mightyoak.co.uk/alsgym/Sh...na%20Suits.htm

well ive never used a sauna suit before and was after some info on what kind of results i can realisticly expect, I plan to use it around 3x 1hr a week. Is this too little? or is this too much to start with? I simple dont know any help is apreciated.

Thanks in advance

I have one that I use when I'm cutting weight. I sit in the Sauna in the plastic and it only takes me about a totaly of 30min to cut around 10lbs. I have not worked out but I might just to see how I like it. Let me know what you think about it.

I ended up doing about 1.5hrs of training in it, I thought it would be uncomfortable but it was fine. When I took it off sweat was pouring from the inner layer so it certainly did the job. Im not sure what I lost because my scales broke a few weeks ago and I need to get some more so as soon as I do im gona see what kind of affect it's having.

Probably more than you would think that is for sure. The first time I cut with it I was in the Sauna for only 10min and lost around 7 lbs! That's freakin sweet especally when I'm training I have under 8% body fat. The good thing is you can basically just hose the thing down b/c the plastic will not hold any moisture or smell.

I just went to Dicks Sporting Goods, I think they are at most major sports retailers.

I hate to say it BUT you can get it at walmart, sports chalet, and/or big 5 sporting goods stores.
