MMAWarehouse.com Exclusive SPRAWL shorts - first impressions...

Shot with CYBERSHOT at 2007-07-10

Was not sure where to post this, but it will get more traffic here in the main thread, since it's not really a review just my oppinions on the new SPRAWL features (I have not reviewed one since like 2005, there have been alot of changes since).

First noticeably the material, whether it is just my imagination it appears heavier than the last model (hard rubber logo model, so 2 down from this one?) if anything it is between a Truth and something a tad bit lighter (a good inbetween in weights seems to escape me, oh well).

There is a bigger internal pocket, which I like because even back in like 2003-2004 model shorts (can you say NO flex panels/no give in shorts lol) the pocket was tiny. It seems pretty big now just from first impressions. Though you do look a bit funny putting your cup in there, but it doesn't have the problems that most external pocket/shorts have.

I'll admit the last I checked the website (MMAWarehouse.com) the pictures seemed to make it look white, eventhough the description said grey, people never read. The grey appears to change slighlty when under different lighting conditions, as you can see from these pics. You can also see Kenny Florian wearing them at UFC 73.

That's all really for now, just wanted to give some impressions.

Oh and I like the loss of the rubber logo, yay. Now, if only they were pink....

lol that's awsome now you just have to tear it off the ground and ship it to the head of sprawl. And are those yellow parts the grey stretch panels?
