after the original PM, he offered to send me some pics. i only requested to see something other than the stock factory photo. every message after that was just checking to see if he ever did it because of week after week of no response.

yes and yes. i wouldn't request anything without doing my own research first. but my last option now is calling i guess.

i've ordered from MMAmuscle before and everything was great (prices, shipping time), but my email (through PM AND emailing) experience hasn't been too smooth. during my last order, i requested that my tracking number be sent to me, but by the time i received my reply, the package already came. which is great, don't get me wrong. but the point of tracking the package is knowing the progress and having a little security that everything is going according to schedule.

i've had some bad experiences with things not turning out the way i thought they would be because the description/picture wasn't true to the real thing. i just wanted a little reassurance about an item before ordering again. Paul was an active member of the forums and has had many great things were said about him so i decided to ask some questions about the product is all.

that sounds good, but i LOVE it when a company has a phone number, vs companies that deal thru email. Knowing you can pic up that phone and fire questions away is a great thing. I wasnt really tryin to be a dick in my response , but threads like this stir things up, if you called him first and he had no response then it would of been ok i guess to start a thread

Last time I emailed him regarding shipping questions I recieved a response within about 2 hours... I would agree with anyone above that PM's are probably not the best way to contact him.

Send a message via MSN to Cryogel.tv
Great company

Paul has a great company with outsatanding service. I am sure this is an isolated incident due to the pm's on sherdog. E-mail him, I have no doubt he will take care of you.

hate to quote myself there, but after no reply from email, i asked him through PM which was the best way to contact him (PM or Email) and was told that he answers to PM's fastest because he considers sherdog members to be his VIP's. we had a few steady exchanges through PM, so that was the format i stuck with.

i'm kinda surprised to see so many of you agree that email/PM isn't a legit way to do business online and how calling is way to go. just wanted to say i've had many, many transactions over the years through eBay, Amazon, Barnes and Noble, etc without ever having to pick up the phone. i'm sure there are a ton of people who actually prefer emails to phone calls.

sorry for being the bad guy here. just sharing my experience.

yea you have to give paul a break.. i mean his company just opened up a few months ago.. and his prices are still the lowest in the buisness.. just because they went up a few bucks.. he did that so he can keep providing us with great equipment at a very low price... his buisness is probably skyrocketing due to alot of people buying from him (i.e sherdoggers) he cant keep up with everyone.. cut the guy a break..

I agree with this 100%. I bought a new bag, the 16oz Windy gloves and some wraps from Paul and was surprised at how quickly he responded to pm's and how fast the orders processed and shipped out. The prices are great as well.
I think he just sees an incredible number of messages, emails and phone calls.

Having been a month I would think the information you are looking for could have been found by other means. Either way good luck with the gloves.

**climbes out from under a rock**

Cheese - I will PM you soon and make good on this, I promise.

I've been dealing with an interesting CC fraud issue most of the day, and have to run to corner some fights about 1 1/2 hrs away. SUV full of coaches and fighters, better bring my iPod .

p.s. thanks for all of the support guys. I have been extremely busy but that is never a bad thing. A big part of that is in thanks to all of you Sherdoggers... which I really do appreciate.

Paul
