compression shorts seem a lot better for grappling... w/ a jock strap my cup would always shift and drilling armbars id end up bruising my inner thigh from the cup i have had much better luck since switching to compression shorts

Yea compression all the way. If you are stuck on the jock idea I really don't have a clue.

those compression shorts seem the only way to go, i have the same problem with the cup bruising my inner thight from the fricken things moving around to much.

I wonder if those guys will ship to australia

i have the compression shorts. they are'nt overly comfortable at first but when you get the hand of it, they are fine. Plus there is no bruising. although you need to position your nuts right. i didnt at first and it still hurt a bit when i got hit there.

i have the mma groin protector, its alot better than regular jock straps, it doesnt bother me when i go for arm bars or high kicks, its pretty comfortable..
