Not really for MMA sparring gloves they still hit harder then the CSI or Primetime. Thier comp gloves for MMA are to notch though because they hit harder not really what you want in a training glove.

I like my Ouano comp gloves, but just like the other guys said.... you will def want a thicker pair for sparring. I like to use mine with mitts and stuff like that. Also when doing Krav these help cause you can use them hitting the mitts and then also go to the ground with them. Makes it easier than wrapping and unwrapping handwraps all nite long. I like the thumbless myself, but it is def up to your preference on that. Hope this helps!

Everything I have done in there is very good and very effective. More street fighting and self defense stuff, cause they use a lot of groin strikes. But yes if you get a chance try it out. I love it!

I don't get why you would choose something over the other because it is brandname. That makes no sense to me at all. I am thinking about getting CSI's training gloves to see how they compare to ssf's. I have never used Fairtex ones so I can't comment.

Because Fairtex has great rep for products - and people have said these are good (although they have for CS, as well). I also prefer the look of the Fairtex 10-fold (I know this shouldn't be a factor, but it's juts one more point for Fairtex).

The reviews for Fairtex are on thier comp gloves though not thier training gloves. Thier two totally differnt gloves. If you want a hard hitting MMA comp glove go with a fairtex. If you want a MMA training glove i would look elsewhere. When no one wants to train with you at you gym because your gloves hurts too much fo training you'll see.

Most of the guys their use comp gloves over sparring - no one really has proper equipment because the teacher only requires you have shin guards and any glove I believe.
