MMA Gloves-CSI or SSF?

Well, I've been looking through the reviews, and there was no review for the SSF MMA gloves. I'm wondering which would be better for sparring/padwork, the CSI MMA Training gloves or the SSF MMA Gloves (Looking for the quality/economical choice here. If SSF is good, I'd rather get it since it's cheaper.)

CSI-http://www.combatsports.com/detail_tuf.aspx?ID=22292
SSF-http://www.ssfgear.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=detail&id=164319&pr oduct=127

Also, are the shooto or fairtex style SSF gloves better than the SSF MMA Gloves?

To Ron(?)-If I were to order the FighterPak, could I switch it up? (Provided I add in some more cash.)

The "main three" for training IMHO are the CSI MMA gloves, the SSF Shootos, and the Primetimes. All three of which have reviews in the review forum, check that out.

The SSF MMA gloves look like 4oz gloves for competition, not training. Ron can clarify of course.

i use the ssf shooto gloves for training and love them... partners seem to enjoy them as much as someone getting punched can enjoy the glove doing it

I LOVE My CSI Training gloves. Sorry, Ron....but I find them much more comfortable than the SSF Shooto (which i also own).

CSI has a new glove called HYBRID training glove. that may be my next purchase. Check them out.

I can't compare them to anything but, I also use the CSI trainging glove and it works great. Also you wouldn't want to use a competition mma glove for training.

TBH, I have the CSI training gloves but will probably switch to the Primetimes at some point. Mostly because I don't like finger loops, and I think they went a teensy bit overboard on the padding.

Don't get me wrong, the CSI gloves are awesome. I just get the feeling that the Primetimes are more ideal for me.

I use Fairtex, think they are easily the best. Can find them for a lot less than $65 if you look hard enough. Got mine off ebay.
