Advice for buying a punching bag
I used to train as a kickboxer in high school, but college and work got in the way of that. I've been thinking of buying a punching bag so I can work on my technique at home. Unfortunately I really don't have room to hang a bag from anywhere. I've been looking around, and notice they have some bags that come with a base that you fill with sand. I'm just wondering how stable those are? I plan on doing a lot of roundhouse and sidekicks to it, and don't want it tipping over. Anyone ever tried those before? Thanks.
