im ellaborating on the "etc" part...he left out some of the things i think are neccessary....it all depends on how deep you go....for a good set up...sure you can easily spend 500 dollars....but then again..you can cut corners and spend under 200..but your gear and your training and your body will show for it....
go head,...buy cheap shorts...they wont hold up and youll sweat your ass off...buy cheap gloves and theyll wear out or tear quickly, dont buy headgear and your girlfriend will bitch when you come home with cauliflower ear and a busted forehead, dont buy wrestling shoes...and your training partner will bitch when you scratch him with your toenail,..dont buy a good mouthguard and your more likely to have a concussion or mess your teeth up

i dont know...im not going to let this turn into something huge and get flamed out the ass for it...all im saying is for a good set up...it can cost a good amount of paper...and back to my initial post...i know my sibling wouldnt spend that much on me for christmas...

I've ordered from both mmamuscle and mmawarehouse. i liek them both, but mmamuscle has cheaper prices, so i prefer to go with them
