MMA gear-recommendations?

I am starting mma. and i am looking for recommendations for earguards, mma gloves, or kneepads.

I've seen some on ebay. but i'm not sure which style of ear guards or mma gloves are best. if you could answer to my post, or just direct me to a website. thatd be great.

Talk to Ron at SSF

You'll see praise threads for him scattered thru the forum,

If he doesnt have everything you want he will tell you where to get it.

But odds are he has everything you want haha

Just get the SSF fighter pack. All the mma gear you need for just over $100. By far the best deal out there.

Ill second that, I wish that pack was around when I first started, it would have saved me some $$$.

For clothing go to Ross/Good Will.

For gloves go to www.combatsports.com OR an even better idea go to your local sporting good store and pick up a pair of harbringer bag gloves and turn them into MMA gloves (http://sfuk.tripod.com/reviews/harbinger_mods.html)

For knee pads and ear guards NEVER buy them online...go to your local sport stores and try them on.

Ross/Good Will = $20for all the clothing you need
harbinger gloves = $30
Knee Pads/earguards = $40-50
and the best part is you get to pay for no shipping!
