When I see people wearing Affliction I ask the same thing and get the same response. The other day I seen a little kid bout 15 or 16 wearing an Xtreme Couture shirt he probably bought at champs, and asked him where he trained and he looked at me like I was crazy. I was looking for shoes at champs and stumbled into the mma clothes and met a guy that trains with the Texas state welterweight champ. We talked and he invited me to train at his gym. Its ok for fighters or fans to wear the clothes, but when I see punk -ass teenagers wearing the shirts that don't even train walkin around like thier tough and talking crap to thier friends or people that bump into them and try to start a fight to impress their lil friends or girlfriends, that is what bugs me. I train in Kenpo and MMA so I'm ready for the street or the cage. Sometimes I'm tempted to bump into them kids and see if they sart anything, but thank goodness for a lil something called assault charges .

Well personally I am not a fan of any 'bad ass' type of clothing. It doesnt appeal to me.
I stick to adidas during sports and avoid sports clothing outside of that.

Dont complain about others wearing mma cloths. The in-your-face mma clothing is pretty pretentious anyway if you ask me.

Who really cares what other people wear. Wear what you want and like or if its free!!! MMA is getting big, and thats a good thing. The clothing is going to be like all the other stuff Surf, Skate, MX. People will wear them for many different reasons, not all are going to be because they think they can fight. It will get trendy, like Volcom, Fox, Billiabong, DC etc.. Its just part of becoming mainstreme..

Let's say you're a football fan, or a baseball fan, or a basketball fan. You will go out and buy the jersey of your favorite player. You don't have to play that sport to be allowed to wear the jersey.

Some people like to wear Billabong or Quiksilver JUST BECAUSE they think the clothes are cool. They don't get beat up by people that ACTUALLY surf or skateboard for being "POSERS".

You people need to get over yourselves. The owners of Tapout and Affliction want to make lots of money and sell lots of clothes. They're doing just that so be happy for them. They can't help the fact that they make cool clothes that everyone wants to wear.

I've been seeing A LOT of fine looking women with big fake tits wearing mma clothing. I know they DON'T train but i see them in mma related shirts and tank tops... Do u also disagree with that too...and are they trying to be posers or wanna be fighters and pretend to be Gina Carano or some other female mma fighter???? Why is it topic seem to only catered to men?

In this case, no talking, go for a double leg takedown, work to North/South, and ground and pound..... that should teach'em

On a serious note, do you people really get worked up on what people wear? You don't HAVE to train to be a fan or like the clothing.... I have a DC skull cap/beanie that I wear and I haven't skated since I was a kid. I know a few people that are like an encyclopedia of MMA knowledge, yet, they don't train.

The question really is who's worse? The casual fan that likes the clothing and supports the sport, or the Die hard gym rat that trains 10hrs a day but wants to confront everyone "HE/SHE" sees wearing a shirt that is MMA related. (HEY!!! where do YOU train **while puffing out their chest**)
