MMA apparel and Gear, where do you guys go for it?

Hey Guys,

I am doing some research. For all of you who are actually training in MMA, where do you guys order your apparel and equipment from. Is it Asian World? or Century? Also, what goes into your buying decisions? Let me know. thanks guys.

I get my equipment/training apparel from:

- Ringside.com
- Combatsports.com
- Truthfightwear.com
- Cagesidemma.com
- KoFightgear.com
- NDmartialarts.com
- Cagewalk.com
- Clinchgear.com

I buy based upon the perceived value I shall receive for each item. My idea of "value"is the function and durability of the product.

I also tend to shy away from brands that use their products as nothing more than billboards *cough* *Tapout* *cough* or brands that overcharge based purely upon "style" and not "substance"...

Thats an awesome site that has a lot of the less popular brands. So if you aren't a loser who wears Tapout thongs, take a look!

My purchases are based upon quality and variance, I hate having the same thing as everyone else and looking so uniform. I'll pay more for something different. In terms of MMA gear, I actually look at the sponsored fighters. I love Inspirit stuff because I love their fighters, and I don't mind giving them money and advertising for them, as long as they keep paying their awesome fighters.

-ringside.com
-combatsports.com
-budovideos.com
-nogi.com
-hitmanfightgear.com
-sprawl.com
-txmma.com
-atamakimonos.com

are my most-frequented sites for various gear. my buying decisions are based on price, reliability of gear (i.e.-- consistency, durability, etc.), experiences with shipping/transaction of purchase (do I get what I ordered in a timely manner?), BIG on customer service (specifically, do my emails/calls get answered?), and brand loyalty.

these are sites who I normally can order from without any hesitation. They answer my questions about gear, about orders, sometimes we just chat about business or mma in general. I appreciate those sorts of customer/vendor relationships.

Mate, just make sure that when you buy the equipment, you also use them as well. Nothng like buying 30 shorts and only using 3 or 4.

Comfort, quality and durability are important me. Good gear should last. Support sellers that support you with quality gear, fair prices and reasonable shipping.

Keep the info coming guy, I really appreciate it. What about Asian World Of Martial Arts? What is your guys opinion of what? What should it change. In case you are not aware, Asian World of Martial Arts is a company based out of Philadelphia, it has apparel and MMA equipment. The site is http://www.awma.com/. Those of you who know it. Please give your opinion? Thank you!

Pretty much anywhere that has the deals lol.

I Have shopped from these sites though:

Kofightgear.com
Hayabusafightwear.com
Hatashitasport.com
Titlemma.com
Budovideos.com
Triumpunited.com

and a few others like inspirit international every now and then.

as for asian world of martial arts im really un impressed by thier selection of MMA realted gear, thier 16oz gloves are mostly garbage everlast along with thier mitts and pads. Just visit most of the sites that have been previously mentioned.
