i got some of their LARGE shorts, im 6',0" 165-170 and have a 33-34 inch waist. they go just below my knee, i love them when i roll around and spar, i wouldn't recommend them if you are getting them to just walk around in.

One of the guys that I train with has the board shorts and we are the same size waist. They were tight in the hips for me, I would get a size bigger.

I have their 'distressed white t-shirt' - it definitely runs larger than other shirts in my size.

Update with more info for buff...

The sleeves are long enough that I definitely can't wear it under an open button shirt, which is what I had sort of intended for the shirt. Seems like a quality shirt though - I didn't put too much thought into analyzing it, but I'll try and update again the next time I wear it with how thick, stiff it is, etc.
