I think they are shorts only provided to MVP team exclusively.

I think you need to be a MMA fighter in order to have certain types of shorts. I know that the SPRAWL shorts that Shamrock wore vs Franklin were limited to only MMA fighters, however it is now on sale to public

Knee length kickboxing shorts (as opposed to slant cut Muay Thai shorts) are your best bet.
