I'm intrigued by it but to be honest I don't think anything included will be that revolutionary, it's just Lloyd doing niche marketing to grapplers something often dismissed as being "for girls" even though the importance of flexibility in grappling is nothing new, Rickson been a yoga and pilates guy since the 90s. I'd get it out of curiosity as I did the Grappling GamePlan if it wasn't so expensive. Thankfully I'm already very flexible so it probably wouldn't be worth the invest for me anyway. I'm interested more in the benefits of hyperflexibility in terns of positional escapes as shown on the Ryan Hall brabo choke counter video rather than any additional drills.

Get an ashtanga yoga book, an asana yoga book, book featuring dynamic and static stretching and a basic pilates book or DVD. Better yet just find this information online or get eBooks and save yourself a shitload of money. How's that for a concept?

I wasn't too impressed by the Grappling Blueprint/Gameplan whatever deal.Alot of the stuff just seemed like common sense to me or stuff that I implement in my game already.I can't imagine this thing being revolutionary or anything.

Well, I'm glad somebody is interested in this. My "Hair and Makeup for Grapplers" book will be out by the end of the year.
