Let's See Your Home Gyms

This is my basement gym. Puzzle mats, treadmill, cheap cable machine, misc. weights.

Here's the right side of it, with the bulletin board for LCF

This is a shelf that is on the left wall. It holds gloves, mitts, and of course books and magazines.

The big disadvantage of my basement is that I can't hang a heavy bag in there. Let's see what your garages and basements look like!

All I have in my basement is a 10ft x 10ft puzzle mat set (1 5/8 thickness). My basement is kind of sectioned off so it is hard to get anything bigger than that in there. I need to find a place to hang a bag, and may a rower or elliptical.

Here's my stuff:

my roommates gloves, my gloves, and my gf's gloves, along with some focus mitts, medcine balls, I believe they're 15, 12 and 6 lbs, and then various rollers, 2 kettlebells and some cones on the bottom

my resistance bands going from lightest to heaviest, one pair of gloves, head harness, weightlifting belt, jump ropes, another resistance band, weight vest, speed ladder

got 2 extra heavy bags to throw around or ground and pound, water keg, plyometrics boxes (aka irrigation boxes), and some ceramic thing we use to step on with weights. Also we have an actual keg used for beer in the back. lol

our bench/rack and our heavy bag/speed bag stand

weight set, got normal dumbells all the way from little 5 lb'ers to 45's, and then we have the adjustable ones for heavier weights if needed.

We also have a climbing rope outside as well as a tire dug into the ground to sledge, and also some logs to chop, and a pullup bar and some cinderblocks too. lol, we have a lot of stuff.

That's a very thorough home gym you have Joe, plus it looks very organized. Impressive!

Thanks guys! My room here at my house is in a mess, but I'm pretty OCD about keeping the workout stuff in order. lol
