Icon11 Lace or Velcro?

I'm just curious on what people prefer better, Lace-ups or Hook N' Loop boxing gloves. Their are pros and cons about both so if you could please give me some personal input about both would help me alot.

Personally I prefer Lace-ups because of a snug fit and I have enough partners to help me with them.

The padding along the cuff on lace up gloves is one difference. It's nice for back fists, and you don't get scraped up nearly as much.

I use hook & loop for bag and pad work, and for sparring I use lace up laced with elastic laces. That way I can put them on and take them off be myself (best of both worlds).

I prefer the hook and loop just for the overall easy/lazy factor.

I also prefer velcro. I'm way to lazy and impatient to deal with laces.

I like to go to the bathroom unfettered....

In actuality with wraps I've never experianced a big difference with the fits between laces and velcro, but at least with velcro I can move pretty fast between different stations.

Yeah I'm not that big of hook and loop unless its with elastic, I need the snuggness on my wrists.

That's the main reason I like laces so much.I love the snug feeling around the wrist.

Okay so what about cuffs? Do you guys long cuffs or short cuffs? I like long padded cuffs to block kicks and hooks.
