Good BJJ Knee Pads?
^ Topic. Please let me know and thanks. There's different styles that offer different things, I have no idea what to get.
Thanks again

Asics Wrestler's Knee Pads work well for me... My knees pop and ache, but the asics have kept them from hurting much during BJJ (your milage may vary, for example I believe in taping to knee bars... hell, it's a hobby for me, not worth trashing the knees)

Brute and Rogue knee pads are probably the best out there... i wear knee braces normally so the pads don't do me any good haha

Yeh I saw the Brute ones before, I looked at them before posting actually. There's a few diff styles, though - which do you reccomend? I would like the $25 ones because they're made of lycra, but is it worth the money? $25 PER pad is pretty expensive..
I'll try and find a place outside of CSI because they don't accept Paypal (only way I can pay lol).

Cliff Keen makes good knee pads for those that need just that little bit extra protection, also brute makes very inexpensive lycra kneepads(I own a few pairs), which work very nicely. Adidas have some very good knee pads. Or you could go the alternative way, go to your nearest sports store and buy some volleyball kneepads, great protection and very thick. Heres a link to a website that has those cliff keen and brute pads, http://www.wrestlinggear.com/store/kneepads/
I dont know if they accept pay pal or not?!

I have the Cliff Keen Wraptors and I don't really recommend them. I have had them for less than a year and threads have come apart, small seams have come undone and small tears have appeared. Also, some of the breathing holes behind the knee have also stretched to the point of tearing even though the knee pads themselves are not too small. This is the case with both knee pads (sold seperately) so I would not say that I got a lemon. I have no experience with other CK knee pad models (but they do make great headgear).
