Help with thai groin guard

I bought one and I'm stuck with two pieces of thread and a cup. A few pointers on how to get it "to work" would be greatly appreciated.

The string on the top of the cup goes around your waist, and the string on the bottom of the cup goes between your legs and up your but like a thong and ties to the other string.

So you have to fish the string out of yor crack when you are done wearing it? Sounds rather unpleasent.

Here is how I have always done it. Compression shorts. ****l cup. Shitcan the ropes. Then a jock strap on top that to hold the cup in place. And not the strap where you put a cup inside but the athletic supporter.

But the strap in the ass is how they normally do it.

yep that's how it's done, but i go the same route as Brandiho and ditched the strings and put it in a compression short.
