XF Gear - What happened with them?

Anyone have problems getting in touch with them by phone? Phone number on the website is disconnected. Thanks

If its a product question try dropping SSF gear a note. Ron handles most of the xfgear line and can probably answer any questions. If its customer service and you haven't had luck with email either I'm not sure what to tell you.

I've always been satisfied with the way XF Gear has handled my business.

You'll like their rashies. I've had mine about 4 months now and it might as well still be new. Very durable.

Yes I own the long sleeve, which is awesome. I ordered a short sleeve white a month or so ago, and received an email saying they were in, but have not heard back from them, emailing or leaving phone messages...

Inca, I'm in the same boat as you. I ordered a black long sleeve last Monday, got a confirmation email, but have not received them yet. I haven't heard back from them as well, and I emailed them and left phone messages. Just hope we didn't get scammed. Does anyone here know what's up with them??

I get the feeling something must have happened. these guys generally have had a great rep, and my first order was fine. My second order was made about 6 weeks ago now, they were out of stock of the short sleeve white rash guard, so I was going to get hooked up a little bit when they came in.

I was alerted that they came in, so I asked ot see if they could do it with a print of the Peruvian flag, we had some back and forth, and then nothing now for three weeks. I have not been actually charged for anything, but the fact that the first rash guard I got is just so damn good irks me that I can't get a hold of another one.

I have been do ing the daily email as well as phone message. Keep me posted on your end man, good luck.

Hey AJ Swon,

Thanks. I did contact Ron, he told me he has not heard from XF Gear in awhile. That was all he had to say. So I guess I have to play it by ear for now. Gracias.

waiting for over a month

Then it is not only me! there's something up. I ordered a rash guard from Chris at XFgear over a month ago (June 19). Despite the shipping notification it still hasn't arrived to this day. I sent a follow up email to Chris after waiting 3 weeks and he promised to look into it when he got into the office that morning. Well, that was the last I heard from Chris. There have been no replies to my numerous follow-up emails and still no rash guard.

The waiting part aint fun, but i can understand shit happens. What really bums me out is the poor communication and no follow through. Strange!, as everyone here speaks quite highly of Chris and XFgear. if you're reading these posts chris, please get back to us and fill us in on what is happening.

cheers.
