Kofightgear.com X-thick Thai pads

Hey Guys and Girls,

Been a long while since I posted on the boards, dealing with school stuff and training. Well I got my hands on a NEW pair of Thai pads from Kofighgear.com. I just thought that I'd post a review for anyone who's interested in a pair of Thai pads, but also wants to get the most bang for the buck.

I recently did a previous review on The X-long Thai pads with were in my opinon made for experienced trainers to use on fighters with hard shins. They were EXTREMELY solid and very big.

The X-thicks are a different beast all together. With measurements of 16"longx9"widex5"thick they are easy and comfortable to use. These Thai pads are tapered being wider on top than the bottom. The extra thickness is nice, No matter what size the fighter is your NOT EVER going to feel their attacks! These things are nice and solid, BUT also have a broken in feel to them. They are much nicer to newbies whose shins aren't yet developed. Hell I use these for the kids class. The straps are hardcore tough and the velcro is heavy duty, so no need to worry about the leather straps stripping ever. I honestly wish I bought these instead of the X-longs first, I HIGHLY recommend these pads over the other 2. Personally my favorite thing about them is they're all black, with NO RED!

They feel a little lighter than the X-longs, but my trainer has a pair of Thai pads that weigh 10 lbs. each, so yeah.....ANYHOO At $78.26 for a pair and free shipping, I reccomend these for people in search of Thai pads for either a school(me) or personal use.

I give them a 9/10 because my only complaint is they clash with my training clothes.

Well I hope that you guys and girls enjoyed the review and find use out of it. If anyone has any questions just ask. I've been dealing with Kofightgear.com and Neil for a while now, And just thought that everyone should give them a try. They get their business from word of mouth (I heard about them from Caleb)so I thought I'd pass on the good word, And help out the smaller guys who helps us out. PEACE!
