KO Fightgear

I read a thread a while back were someone was unhappy with the level of service they received from KO Fightgear. I wanted to start a thread to let people know how good my experience was with them.

anytime I emailed them I received a response asap. When there was an issue with the delivery (my fault not theirs) again they responded asap. I fully recommend anyone to buy from these guys!

It's a shame - so many people have great experiences but don't post them (because they're so common), but when one person has a bad experience they let the entire forum know and it has the possibility to cripple prospect buyers.

Just like the saying goes, "it takes years to get one customer, but it only takes one minute to lose hundreds" One bad experience can do it, word of mouth is the best and worst means of free advertisiing.

From what I saw last time, that one bad customer was pretty much being a dick. He got free gear if I'm not mistaken and still took the time to discredit Neil and his work. Neil was great to deal with all the time and his gear is top notch. Can't beat that.
