ko fight gear thai pads

anyone own a pair of these? i bought a pair recently and they hurt like hell to work on. ive been doing muay thai for a few years now so its not the fact that my hands and shins aren't conditioned yet. anyone else have this problem w/ this brand?

Which ones did you buy? I think a few people had that exp. but nothing a few weeks of use won't take care of. I've had mine for a while and they're broken in but still hard.

my friend bought a pair of really hard thai pads.. and when we kick it just right.. it doesn't hurt as much.. (it hurts when we kick the edges)

so maybe just try and work on better kicking technique?...

and i don't know if u can do this or not, but maybe u can soften it up a little with a baseball bat??.. i dunno if u should though.. but i'd try it and see..
