Knee problem in training ... Help Please

OK So recently i have been getting alot more wrestling training in my jiu-jitsu class and I started to get scraps and matt burns on my knees. Not only the burns but the knee itself hurts. What knee pads or rash guards to u use for the knees?????

i would say go with out because it will make your knees tougher. your knees are probably hurting because your tendons arnt used to it, get on a good joint support and you should be fine.

Definitely use the pads when your knees are bothering you, it might take some extra time for your knees to toughen up but they will still get tough while using the pads and they will definitely hurt a lot less. It's like conditioning your legs for kicks, better to use pads and toughen slower then getting hurt and trying to pressing though the pain. Much better to take care of your body, especially joints, while your young. I use my pads for training and lose them for competition.
