Kikskin may have the best customer service EVER !
Just wanted to make an appreciation thread.
I ordered a kikskin single from Paul at MMAmuscle. Paul got the order through and Kikskin shipped me the Gi. Paul and Kikskin recomended me a size 5 for my height, i am 5'11 and 160lbs. I had some trouble getting the Gi sized correctly and gave Kikskin a call directly at the 800# posted on their website. Kikskin was glad to help me get the Gi shrunk to fit, and after a few tries i got the Gi top to fit perfect. I was unable to shrink the pants enough to fit (looked like MC Hammer they were so baggy) so i called Kikskin back for advice. They were more than willing to exchange me a size 5 pant for a size 4 at no additional cost (reminder that i ordered from MMAmuscle not Kikskin). So finally at no additional cost to me Kikskin has shipped me out a second pair of Gi pants, making me a really happy customer who would order through them and probably directly from them (Paul was great, but for all the help Kikskin gave me I actually feel bad they didn't get a bigger cut of my sale) again in the future.
So... if you are looking for a company that is willing to go way beyond what is necessary to support a customer who ordered through a third party site... Kikskin is the best !
