Kikskin Kompetitor?

Anybody own one of these? I did a search and didn't turn up any useful information. I'm specifically looking for the shrinkage. I'm 6ft 190lbs and I usually wear an A-3 in a kimono if it DOESN'T shrink. I buy a size up if I know the shrinkage is significant. Any info would be helpful. Thanks!

I like this gi because of the short skirt. I might be taking off the big patch though. I already own a Sirius double, and man, that thing went from an A4 down to an A2.5!!

Try contacting Ron at SSF (http://www.sherdog.net/forums/privat...&userid=46151). I know he sells them and often posts here.

I bought one in an A-3, and it shrank way too much, so I can't wear it now. I am 6'1, and 190, so same size basically.

Shame, because it's a *really* nice gi.

i agree... kikskin offered to let me exchange my shrunken gi for a bigger size that was a return or something like that. Even though i didnt purchase through them. i would have traded, except that the bigger gi was in black.

As far as shrinkage goes, the pants are alright. and they fit better than any other pants, no extra material in the back and what not... but the jacket shrank sooo much its rediculus. I had to get another gi for compettitions. but i still use the kikskin as an everyday gi because the quality and the cut are perfect. just wish i woulda ordered a size up.

I emailed Kikskin directly asking them to send me an A4 top and A3 pants. I'll let everyone know what my feedback is. If they won't, then I'll just order it from Ron at SSF.
