there is no affiliate/redistributor for KID gear in America, the best you could do is an import store such as Tokyo Amusement MIGHT have some Kid gear at the moment, and between Enson and Kid's rocking relationship you'll doubtfully ever see any KID merchandise on his store.
CDJapan/YesAsia often carry K1, Pride whatever Calendars though, whether KID had an official calendar this year I am unaware of, but those are your best bets.
You're unlikely to be able to get the poster outside of japan.
