Icon14 Kettlestack=awesome customer service!

So I was doing swings with my kettlestack today and it slipped out of my hand and landed on the handle, and part of it broke off.I pretty much wanted to cry at that point, but I went to the kettlestack website and they offer a replacement handle for only 5 bucks! Also, they have been super responsive to my emails.I can't thank them enough! So,if anyone has any doubts about ordering from kettlestack,I can assure you they have awesome customer service, and they stand by their products.

If my kettlebells ever slipped out of my hands they'd destroy everything in their path. I hope that never happens...

As much as Piedmont Design Associates makes great products, the guy that runs it is a complete jackass. Glad to see somebody in the industry is nice.
