Kettle Bells
Does anyone here use kettlebells and if so how do you like them. Are they a lot better then other weight lifting equipment and if so did you notice good gains? Also anyone have any info on a good website to get them from if not a good place. I'm from California and I checked local BIG 5's (knwe they wouldn't have them) and Copeland Sports.
Thanks for the help..

Not worth the money. Buy a gigantic army duffle bag (ebay) and 150-250 pounds of sand. Divide the sand up into 3 mil trash bags, duct tape 'em up and stuff 'em in your duffle. Now you have an adjustable sand bag that'll provide you w/ endless opportunities and will work your grip far better than kettle bells. Grabbing sand bag = grabbing gi.
If you don't want to do that, just use barbells and dumbells. I know a lot of people like kettle bells, but to me, they're a bit gimicy.

Visit www.ironwoodyfitness.com and get the kettle grips to make your own kettle bells. It uses existing weights you prolly have and our cheaper than the real kettlebells.
